Currently (as of Nov. 25th, 2007) we only collect and utilize information necessary to fulfill Memberships and to deliver products to intended recipients. The exception is minor info such as browser data.
We do require membership to make orders. All members agreeing to receive promotional material sent by us will receive information sent only by us, and not from any other party or entity. Members may opt out of such mailings at any time by responding to the “opt-out” notice provided at the bottom of any such mailings or on their profile page.
Members must provide name, address, date of birth, email address, and phone number. This information will not be made available to any party without a proper search warrant to the best of our knowledge. That is to say we will not volunteer your information to anyone.
Security
We do not collect and store your credit card information on our website, so be assured that through our hosts secure connection and through transmission to our merchant services, your data will be safe.
